To be eligible to receive the Greenhand FFA Degree from the chapter, a member must meet the following minimum qualifications: Be enrolled in agricultural education and have satisfactory plans for a supervised agricultural experience program. Learn and explain the FFA Creed, motto, salute and FFA mission statement. Students must complete their application through TheAET.
To be eligible for the FFA Chapter Degree Students must have satisfactorily completed at least one year of systematic instruction in agriculture education. Student must have an active SAE Project and have a plan for continued growth. Be familiar with the purposes and programs of activities of the state association and national organization. Be familiar with the provisions of the constitution of the local chapter. Be familiar with Parliamentary Procedure and must have led a group discussion for fifteen minutes. Must have earned at least $150 by his/her own efforts from his/her SAE Project and have worked a minimum of 45 hours outside of regular class time in their SAE.
